Sí, el primer paso es realizar un curso de apnea.
En Freediving Amed, creemos firmemente que la seguridad del buceo en apnea mejora enormemente con una educación y formación adecuadas. Realizar un curso de apnea con instructores certificados es fundamental, ya que te proporciona las habilidades, técnicas y conocimientos necesarios para bucear de forma segura.
Nuestros cursos se centran en enseñarte cómo gestionar tu respiración, comprender las respuestas de tu cuerpo bajo el agua y reconocer tus límites. Destacamos la importancia de los protocolos de seguridad, como bucear con un compañero y saber actuar en caso de emergencia, que son vitales para prevenir accidentes.

Freediving Amed is the best place in town! I did my level 2 course with my great instructor mayo and improved a lot! After that i changed my plans and stayed for another two weeks of training freediving with all the nice people around. I have never done yoga before. The Yoga-Shala has the best view to the sea and mount Agung right above the beach. As a highlight Alex tought me how to spearfish and we went out to get some fresh fish and had a nice Barbecue at the beach with all the teachers, students, freedivers and friends. Its located right at the beach, you can just walk into the warm water, swim out and train at different depths and have a great meal after your training session freshly cooked by the lovely local family.

This is the best Freediving place in Amed!
The community of people here is so welcoming for all levels. They have the best equipment and located right on the beach. My diving Instructor has truly enhanced my skills and inspired me to safely dive deeper with confidence. The breathing exercises and dive specific stretching routine was so valuable alone and allowed me to smash my PB’s. I highly recommend the 1 on 1 coaching for everyone, to tap into their inner potential.

I had a brilliant day diving with Juancho. I went with my partner and a friend, and we did some fun dives on the shipwreck. It was so much fun and we got to do some really awesome, slightly terrifying but very cool swim-throughs. I felt super safe in Juancho’s hands the whole time. He really looked after us and made sure we only did what we were comfortable with.
He is also a fantastic videographer and captured some great shots of us all. The freedive equipment they provide is really good quality too. I am honestly sad I did not have longer to stay and do a course or some proper freedive training with them. Would absolutely recommend!
