Are you nervous in a large body of water? Do you have a sense of fear and respect for the ocean?

This one day course might be for you.

Floating and being submerged in water can bring immense feelings of joy, peace and wonder. But in order to reach this state first we must master the ability to be comfortable in water. Our fear of water can come from a traumatic event in childhood, such as a near drowning experience, or from a lack of exposure to the element.

 

This course is for anyone who feels anxiety when going in the ocean. The course is personalized and catered to the individual in order to work through each person's challenges.

Our team of experienced freediving instructors will make you feel comfortable through a series of games and water exercises. This can be one of the most rewarding courses for both student and instructor as we witness the overcoming of personal challenges.
