The One Month Master Program is a complete immersion into the freediving lifestyle — an unforgettable month of personal transformation, depth training, and connection to the sea.


Over four weeks, you’ll live, train, and breathe freediving — developing mastery over your body, mind, and breath.

Freediving Amed offers the perfect environment for this journey: warm tropical waters, gentle conditions, world-class instructors, and a supportive community of passionate freedivers.

 

🌊 PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This intensive program is designed for students who want to go beyond the basics and truly embody the freediver’s lifestyle.
Whether you dream of becoming an advanced freediver, instructor, or simply want to spend a month dedicated to personal growth in the ocean — this course will guide you every step of the way.

You’ll progress through Molchanovs Wave 3 and beyond, train daily in the pool and ocean, practice yoga and pranayama, and learn advanced techniques to enhance performance, confidence, and relaxation.

  • Freediving theory & technique 

  • Daily ocean sessions focused on depth, relaxation, and safety

  • Pool training for static and dynamic disciplines

  • Equalization workshops — Frenzel & Mouthfill

  • Advanced breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Yoga, mobility & stretching for freedivers

  • Mental training, visualization & focus

  • Safety and rescue skills at depth

  • Optional instructor shadowing & teaching experience

  • Video analysis to refine technique and posture

 

🧘‍♀️ A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR MASTER STUDENTS

We dive 3 days on, followed by one rest day. We always start with freediving-specific yoga and breathwork on our beautiful infinity ocean deck.
Most mornings are dedicated to ocean training, while afternoons may include practical or theoretical workshops and pool sessions.

Here’s an example of what a random day may look like:

  • Morning freediving stretching and breathwork (08:00–8:45)

  • Ocean session (09:00–11:00)

  • Lunch break

  • Afternoon equalization workshop (14:00–15:00)

  • Pool static (15:00–17:00)
