Beginner Freediving Course

Freediving is a unique and transformative encounter with the ocean and oneself. Freedivers may experience a sensation of expansion, flying, gliding and weightlessness. Each dive is a unique and exhilarating meditative experience.

Molchanovs Wave 1 Course - IDR 4 million

This introductory course covers the basics of freediving and helps determine each student’s natural freediving ability.
It's designed to set a strong freediving foundation. Topics include physics, breathing and relaxation, equalization, breath-holding techniques, and essential rescue and safety procedures.
Course Details
🐳🐳🐳 The course runs over 2 days, with a maximum depth of 20 meters. 🐳🐳🐳
All necessary freediving equipment is included.
Daily Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Day 1: We'll cover most of the theory and complete one pool session to get comfortable with static and dynamic disciplines. We'll also conduct our first ocean session in the afternoon.
Day 2: We'll start with yoga specifically crafted for freedivers to loosen up and practice breathing exercises. We'll then have two ocean sessions.
