Molchanovs Wave 2 - Intermediate Course

The intermediate course teaches you how to further train your body for freediving and how to increase your breath-holding. Topics include pre-dive optimization and the improvement of the Frenzel equalization technique.

The intermediate course teaches you how to further train your body for freediving and increase your breath-hold. During the Wave 2 course, you will master the skills and knowledge needed to freedive comfortably to deeper depths in open water, including how to go into free fall. You will learn safety procedures in more detail so that upon completion of the course you become fully competent to provide safety for your diving buddies. 

 

This course is for people who have completed the Wave 1 course or equivalent from a recognized freediving education system. The students must already have a basic understanding of freediving topics as taught in the introductory level and be comfortable in the water.

 

🐳🐳🐳 The course runs over a minimum 4 days. More time may be needed in order to further improve technique or in order to tick all the boxes for certification. 🐳🐳🐳
