🌅 Daily Classes with Ocean Views

Every morning, join us in our open-air yoga shala overlooking the sea. The gentle sound of the waves and fresh ocean breeze create the ideal environment to begin your day with clarity and focus.

Our morning Gentle Flow classes combine breathwork (pranayama), thoracic mobility, and mindful movement, helping you release tension and expand your breathing capacity — perfect preparation for freediving or a peaceful start to your day.

  • Gentle Flow & Pranayama – Breath-centered practice focused on relaxation and mobility.

  • Vinyasa Flow – Dynamic and energizing sequences that build strength, balance, and presence.

Once a week, we host Acro Yoga Jams and Contact Improvisation sessions — open to all levels. It’s a joyful space to explore movement, balance, and human connection.
